Wednesday, November 12th, 2008: LLGC under the taps: Slam #2- This is the slam that will determine who makes the team. Top four winners will be the primary poets at regionals and nationals.

Wednesday, October 8th, 2008 at 8:30pm LLGC under the taps: The first slam of the year! (A general meeting will be at 7pm. Come if you want to share something before the slam.)

Wednesday, October 1st 2008 at 7pm: LLGC under the taps: General meeting to share group & individual poems.

Monday, September 10th, 2007 at 7pm until 9pm at LLGC under the taps: The first slam of the year! Come compete or watch fellow students compete for a chance to perform in the Grand Slam! Refreshments are provided and admission is free!

Tuesday, May 1st, 2007 at 6:15pm at the NU Theatre at the Church in the Village of Lewiston: Nu poetry students perform their work

Tuesday, December 5th, 2006 at 6:00pm in the Castellani Art Museum: First Poetry Slam of the Season! This event will be held during an exhibit featuring artwork based on the poetry of Emily Dickenson - Free admission! All are welcome to attend!

Monday, October 30, 2006 at 6:00pm in the Rare Book Room: Next Poetry Meeting - All are welcome to attend! All genres and styles are welcome! Come to read or just listen.

Citizens for Global Solutions is holding its 4th Annual Multimedia contest for artists, designers, poets, activists and just about anyone interested in thinking about global issues and making some cool art. Members of the Niagara University Poetry Slam Team recently traveled to Norwich, NY to compete in the Colorscape Poetry Slam! Nolan Guiffré, Cory Oudkerk, and Matthew Guiffré represented Niagara at the event. Two-time National Slam Champion Roger Bonair-Agard featured at the event.
